I'm very indifferent about this book. I enjoyed hearing Gregor's thoughts, but I wasn't fond of the writing. I wouldn't say it was a depressing read, but it was very melancholy.

loved. short quick read without feeling rushed or underwhelming! very neat concepts, was very happy to have bought the book with added notes from the translator people. supes interesting to read about more after i finished. da buggg

An interesting story. While it lacks the complexities of certain other authors, Kafka displays a distinct understanding of both the story he is telling and the infinite ways in which it can be recieved.

Kinda funny, I see the commentary about work bad! Life bad when work too much! But like i wanted to hear more about him crawling on the ceiling. I wanted him to escape and roam the streets.
