That was absolutely incredible, so so good, beyond any of my expectations. What a fabulous trilogy this is. If you haven't read any of Sanderson's Cosmere but want to start, this is a great place to begin. I am in awe, my emotions are everywhere and it's been a long time since a book brought me so much joy. I'm so glad that I pushed through and read this, because each book in the trilogy was better than the last, and seeing everything about the Cosmede start to come together is honestly so cool. I loved each and every character in this book, and all of their arcs—I was spellbound and intrigued from the first page. If you're looking for a heist fantasy with an intriguing magic system, awesome themes and incredibly high stakes, this trilogy is for you. Highly, highly recommend. I cannot express enough just how much of a joy it was to read this book, and I'm so excited to read more of the series, though I am sad to say goodbye to this first trilogy, as it was just such a wonderful journey and I have fallen in love with each and every one of the characters. A wonderful ride full of crazy twists, sweeping and cinematic scenes, heart-wrenching moments and an ending for the books.
