Anthony Horowitz is great a creating those comfy murder mysteries which keep you turning the pages effortlessly and A Line To Kill is no different. Book 3 in the Hawthorne and Horowitz series, ALTK takes off where we left the unlikely duo and sends them on yet another unusual yet murderous adventure.

What I love most about Horowitz's writing is that he creates easy reading mysteries with just enough plot twists to keep you interested until the end.

On top of that in the Hawthorne and Horowitz series he has created two fantastic characters who bounce off each other brilliantly throughout the pages. Their dynamic brings an element of fun and you can definitely feel Horowitz's frustration vibrating off the pages. In this book we finally see Hawthorne open up a little bit about himself and his past which leaves me intrigued even more for book 4.

A great comforting, easy reading mystery that will keep you entertained all the way through.
