20% and they said nothing that I didn't know already... Except, they started to centre a lot on their personal experience/lives, which I'm not interested in at all.
The authors/narratorssound too young for me, so maybe if you're middle age or close, this is not the best pick (especially if you already know the basics of the aro/ace spectrum).

I found the end of chapter callouts to podcast episodes very distracting but some might find them useful.

A really quick read that gave a good overview of the a-spec. I would recommend this book to partners and parents of aspec individuals as it gives enough information to aid in understanding without being overwhelming

I was listening to the audiobook and could tell this was made by podcasters before it was mentioned. The audiobook felt the way it was orally dictated felt inappropriate and distracting for an audiobook. The sidebar comments, and back and forth is appropriate for a podcast but just feels unprofessional in an audiobook. I’m not sure if the physical book is different, but it’s kind of off putting. For anyone interested, I’d just say listen to their podcast or think of this as a podcast more than a book because going into it thinking it was a book set me up for dissatisfaction
