Monsters and reverse harem/why choose, really go together don't they? This book takes that trope and runs with it. The FMC is strong and capable and the four MMC's, although not as explored as the FMC, still manage to endear themselves to the reader. This was a unique story and I definitely want to know more about this world. The world building is well done and slowly explored, but I like that there is still much more to uncover. While this first book, has mysteries and some explanations, I can't wait to uncover more. Definitely tension filled and enough steam to keep you satisfied, I look forward to the next book!
This was a fun one. Spunky FMC, sexy MMCs, good enough plot to keep you hooked and the right pace to keep you from being bored.
Are there some tired tropes, sure. But they aren't overplayed within the story so you don't really mind them at this point. Hopefully that remains the case moving forward.
This may not be the most epic reverse harem story ever written but it's a really fun read and I'm more than happy to dive right into the next book. Fingers crossed we get some more spice in the next book.

Overall, the plot is interesting. It’s a bit different than most other RH fantasy/paranormal romances. I appreciate it doesn’t just jump right into spice without getting to know the characters first. But there’s not much character development or details to actually get to know the guys. I find myself wanting to know more of why they are the way they are and the answers just aren’t there yet. Fingers crossed for book 2 to have answers.

Feels like this book was broken up into smaller books for sales. Story is okay but just seems weird. Also weird how she trust the guys enough to sleep with them but not to tell them.about her sister.
