It was a romance/mystery book. It was a quick easy read by an author I hadn't heard of, and it was enjoyable overall. A little predictable, but not so much I didn't enjoy it.

I wasn’t expecting to enjoy this as much as I did and it definitely ended up being a very pleasant surprise! I was expecting a cookie cutter suspense thriller with a dash of romance thrown in but it was SO much more than that! There were so many twists and turns and every time I thought I had it all figured out, along came another one to mix it all up again. I also really enjoyed how so many characters were double agents, it made me feel like I was living the story and figuring out who to trust alongside our main character.
