Visually, it was even more stunning than Disney Art of books! The pages were filled with character explorations, sketches, frames straight from the series, and—best of all—Jinx's doodles, which truly brought everything to life. I also learnt quite a bit about Fortiche, Riot and LoL—things I hadn't asked for but found very interesting. However, I did notice some repeated pictures (as if there was nothing else to use??). Also, am I really the only one who finds it frustrating when a sentence gets interrupted in the middle, only to be continued two pages later? I just don't get why that's such a common practice in books like this. Still, visually, it was absolutely GORGEOUS.

Absolutely everything I wanted from this book and more. I can't wait to have my own copy to keep at home to flip through and look at artwork (soon). I'm not one to normally read these books cover to cover, but the vice-like chokehold that Arcane still has on me since the end of season 2 is impressive and I found every page fascinating.

This book explains the blood, sweat, and tears that were put into making Arcane with gorgeous visuals and fun little artifacts to find throughout the book.

trying to explain a phenomenon that is Arcane in a book that doesn't take leaps and states the obvious is a disappointment in writing. looking inside Fortiche brain is amazing, though - I'll be looking at the stills, moodboards and concept designs and study study study
