Estou surpreso de ter me apegado tanto nesta história, sempre tive medo de ler, mas foi uma leitura tão fluída, tão gostosa. Acredito que a tradução do Frederico Lourenço tenha um grande papel nisto. 
Mesmo sendo aquele tipo de história que todos conhecemos mesmo sem ler, é muito interessante realmente ler e ver realmente como é, como tudo acontece.

Petty gods, mortal pawns, stupidity, lust, weak heels… The Iliad is the blueprint for modern day’s miscommunication trope which should make it awful but instead it’s a banger. Every time I re-read it, it reminds me of why I love mythology teehee
