The amount of warmth and happiness I have after reading this is infinite. I love the soft, cozy vibes so much and just want to bask in them. The themes of overcoming grief and finding a way to restart a passion or discover a new direction in life are beautiful and really tug at the heart. I teared up a little at the end! I wish I lived in this world and everything was in the color palette found here because it's beautiful. I can't fawn enough over the artwork and the charming characters. This might be my favorite of the series and I'm very reluctant to say goodbye.

This last book in the tea dragon series is by far the strongest! I loved all of them, but in here all the characters we met in The Tea Dragon Society and The Tea Dragon Festival come together for a final visit in our lovely gentle village where the club is located. I think The Tea Dragon Tapestry is by far the strogest of the series because there is no need for exposition and we already know the dynamics, needs and wants of our protagonists. So, all the love I carried for the other stories remains with the bonus of even stronger character developpment and themes which cary emotional depth. There is a kind of wisdom between these pages which I adored in a great amount. I even picked my highlighters up and that means something in a graphic novel! I highly (!) recommend this book to gentle fantasy lovers who prefer a slow story with a special kind of magic sprinkled in.

This last book really tied the whole series together. The plot was beautiful and made me feel all the feelings. Seeing Ginseng, the little tea dragon, struggle to move on and be afraid of being hurt reminded me of my dog who was abandoned by her previous owner. Truly so glad I stumbled across this series. Although very short, it makes you feel like you are being wrapped in a warm blanket and do not want to leave the comfort of this world.

Thank you NetGalley for providing me with an eARC in exchange for an honest review

The third Tea Dragon installment, The Tea Dragon Tapestry, is just as wholesome and gorgeous as the first two! Katie O’Neill’s graphic novel is full of beautiful illustrations and vibrant colors. I honestly think someone could still fully enjoy this story without reading a single word of it—it’s just so pleasing to the eyes!

Regarding the plot and characters, I just loved the subtleness. The characters were so diverse and the themes of grief, friendship, and dedication were woven so delicately into the text that it just felt normal. I sometimes feel like middle grade novels give off a vibe that the author’s intention was to teach a lesson—I much prefer O’Neill’s approach, which creates a more natural flow.

Overall, The Tea Dragon Tapestry is an incredibly beautiful, enjoyable middle-grade read.

The Tea Dragons always make my heart happy. The Lore, the characters, the in depth information on each dragon and how to take care of them. Plus the art style and beauty behind it all, I love it. It is all so though through and quite wonderful to read. I hope this series continues!
