I could see this being of great inspiration and heartening to some, but it wasn’t really for me. The authors passion for this seeps into the writing but came across as preachy to me.

A pleasant read about writing poetry. Includes assorted poems including some by the author. A non-intimidating introduction to someone thinking about writing poetry but not sure where to start.

Good basic beginners book. Prompts in the 2nd half are great. Didn’t really enjoy the author using her phone en poems as examples throughout though.
