It's slow reading and hard. I'm happy that I wasn't born in those harsh years.

It was interesting to read the flow of action and how death makes jokes and skillfully describes everything.
At the end I was crying,  it's my second book that makes me so.

If you're sad or in depression don't read, it's pretty heavy.

beautiful characters, poetic writing

Wonderful book. Took me a while to read, as it is a beautiful read but a hard one. Death provides an incredibly original perspective on a girl's life in Nazi, Germany. Very unique and inspiring. I recommend to all!
