After reading The Hero of Ages, and being absolutely destroyed and put back together, this novella reminds me exactly why I love the Mistborn series so much. Why I love Sanderson’s writing so much. What an incredible final punctuation on the original Mistborn trilogy! Bravo

It was cool to get Kelsier's perspective on what was happening during the original trilogy. It was also cool to learn more about the cosmere and have a bit better understanding of different planets and how the cognitive realm changes between planets.
