This was different and fun, but at times it felt sllllooowww. Could have a been a lot shorter. Loved loved loved the rabbit mailman.
It was a little cliche in some areas and totally unique in others. I really liked the characters and how well written they were. I honestly was rooting for the all save the two duds. Hart and Mercy were hilarious and the usual grumpy/sunshine couple but with some razzle dazzle. And as some one who is not a huge fan on contemporaries, I like how this blends fantasy and contemporary together to make a really cute story. I hope she does other books as separate standalone companions to this story.
The world didn’t feel entirely fleshed out in this story. I was hoping for more zombie than what was provided here by the author. The ending was also tied up in the neatest of bows which made it feel rushed.

A cute romance novel. If you watched You've Got Mail, loved it, but wished it also had zombies, than this is the book for you. It's an enemies to lovers, he fell first, with a dash of miscommunication. There were some spicy moments. I hear there are more stories in this world and I'll likely read them.
The world was interesting and well developed. I did wish I understood the boat making a little better. Also the ending was a tad confusing.
