 Okay so.. I enjoyed this a little bit more than the first one, but it still wasn’t 5 Star worthy. This book was a mixture of emotions. Pain, angst, and a bunch of other emotions. I did enjoy it, so that was something. I did end up being team Jeremiah after this book. Conrad was an asshole, but that’s nothing new. Also. Laure >>> I of course missed Susanna’s presence in this book. A lot more than I thought I would. It did end up being dual pov, which I didn’t really care about all that much. I mean, yeah, I liked Jeremiah, but I didn’t really care for his pov. Overall, I give it 4.75/5 stars, but I probably won’t read it again.
