That was horrible! Hundred Pages and all the same story. No other new angles or facts... Just all the same.
Probably wouldn't have stuck with this book if a client didn't recommend it to me. Obviously was written a long time ago and I don't know if I've ever listened to a worse audiobook oration. Some interesting points but they were overshadowed by problematic statements (if you do this you will be in 'perfect health' and miracles are bound to happen) and an absolute slog of anecdotal evidence that didn't feel like it added up to much. Definitely a precursor to books like The Secret. Overall would not recommend, there are better books on similar topics.
There is over hyped and then there is this book. DNFed at around 80%.
