This book changed my thoughts on our subconscious mind. We have a way to help ourselves over come our weaknesses by tapping into our subconscious mind. It opened up a new concept that I have been putting into action since reading this book. He gives you three times to tap in to our subconscious, as I read more about this subject I am realizing how we live our lives can be greatly influenced by by how we truly think.

No harm and no foul to adapt to the very lesson that is discussed here (which is feeding good thoughts and ideas to our conscious mind for the subconscious mind to actualize them). I admit that the learnings here are a bit redundant for a casual reader especially in the latter part of the book, if not for the fact that the author conceptualizes them in certain various areas of life, sort of branching it out. But you know what, without judgment or any wrong thinking, this is actually quite effective for shifting one's beliefs towards peace and harmony – given that it is partnered with patience and diligence. It would work well as long as you are open-minded about the laws of nature.

A hard book to get through and to apply

3.5

Good and helpful concepts, but a bit outdated (a bit of the usual 60s sexism, you know) and very chrsitan. Nevertheless, I guess the concenpts work for all types of people, no matter of their religion.

Gets repetitive at some point
It's all concepts we've already seen in common media
Very Christian religion oriented
