The book focuses on how our psyche consists of two parts: the conscious and the subconscious mind. The conscious mind (objective mind) engages with the external world and learns from our surroundings using our five senses. It analyses information and reasons out things based on various factors.
The subconscious mind (subjective mind), on the other hand, relies on what’s fed to it and reacts entirely to internal cues. The subconscious mind magnifies what’s fed to it, both positive and negative inputs and controls our overall emotions. It’s defined as the seat of all our emotions and memory functions, which is possibly why we often remember things from many years back, without a cue.
The key message of the book is that we are an aggregation of our thoughts, the more positive inputs we accept and feed our mind, the happier and better life can be. The subconscious mind can manifest positivity, happiness, success and good health. I’d say it’s a useful one-time read, and will help people who need the confidence boost. It does feel a little repetitive at times, with the same message repeated in different ways, but it’s a short read so wasn’t a big issue for me. I also took forever to read it, with all the distractions in real life, so the reinforcement wasn’t a bad thing for me.

Very repetitive and filled with many examples that may take away from the main argument. But the examples may be useful got those who do not know much about manifestation. So cannot complaint much.

This book is not to be just read.. You have to allow the book to get into yourself..It's OK if you take longer time to complete.. Make sure you apply the principles said out in the book.. I personally found the very helpful.. I was able to see changes in myself .. I was seriously amused to extent to which our thoughts can drive us. There are some books that will have some profound impact on one's life.. For me it's this book.. Worth every minute spent.. I may have picked the book soo late but I am happy that I was able to read this atleast now..
