at first i enjoyed this book but as i got further into there were some things that i just couldn’t get past. while i enjoyed this book somewhat and found some of the things discussed applicable there were blatant classist and ableist overtones. this book doesn’t really understand the nuances of societal structures of oppression. i also feel that this book posits that every single thing can be solved through the subconscious mind which i don’t think is true. there are some things that are purely external. This book also uses a lot of scriptures from the bible which seems to lead more into propaganda and is quite repetitive. i think some of this information is well founded and there are some good affirmations in there that i plan on using. overall my advice is to take this book with a grain of salt.
This book is interesting but I lost interested . However, that does not mean that I will not read it. I bought the Audible version of the book to make it easier for me to follow along. 17/11/22

Not redundant. Not overdone. Simply exactly what I needed at this point i my life. When I pick it up next, I'm sure it'll be as if I'm reading an entirely different book; picking different things up. Joseph Murphy knows.
