Couldn’t have been described better on the cover: “semi-hallucinatory” captures the feeling of this book perfectly. The narrative is anything but cohesive, yet you can’t help but read on. My first Bolaño read and I can’t wait for the rest to come.

كتاب رائع.
ببدايته مربك ولكن مع الاستمرار بالقراءه تتوضح الامور وتبدا في فهم الذي يجري. انها قصة امرأه علي وشك الانهيار وعلي حافة الجنون. احببت طريقه سرد شخصية اكسيولو لذكرياتها مع الشعراء المكسيكين واصدقائها كل ذلك اثناء اختباءها في دورة مياه السيدات لمدة اثنتي عشره يوما.
