Meh.
That pretty much sums up my feelings. It was sweet and sort of had promise but it all went to crap and then that ending?

Thanks for a quick read but it felt like a NaNoWriMo novel that never saw it passed the initial rough draft.

Utterly ridiculously stupid book in all ways.
Totally appalling the paper and ink would have been better spent with James Patterson writing 10,000,000 lines saying - I will not publish anymore stupid books!
There is nothing, I repeat nothing of value in this book.
One of the worst books I have read so far in 2018.

Patterson needs to stay away from romance. This started out great, then it's like someone got tired of writing the book and just ended it really suddenly and got released as a Book Shot. I read another of his Book Shots and enjoyed it, so hopefully this was just an anomaly.

I found the plot of this book to be interesting which is what caused me to read it. $10,000,000 to find the woman of his dreams... This book goes into the lives of 3 women who decide to take a chance at love, all at different points int their loves. As I said, the plot was a good one, but the story was a 3 out of 5. It was sort of bland and uninteresting. Where is the action? I assume this was a love story considering the ending but because it's Patterson, i guess I expected more shock and awe. Its ok for a romance novel.

I am really not quite sure what I was expecting from this, but the title captured me so I went along with it. I got it on offer with the book shot above, and I am not going to lie, I expected it to be a lot different to how it was. James Patterson books normally involve crime and death, whereas this was nothing more than an unusual contemporary with a twist.

I like the idea that there is a random board with an offer on it for $10,000,000 to marry someone. I like the element of competition and I like the fact that the female 'competitors' don't hate each other and don't shit on each other, and if anything, actually like and help each other. I also like the fact that there wasn't actually really a catch and that it was legitimate.

It wasn't brilliantly executed though, and it could either have done with being shorter, or with being a lot longer and more detailed.
