3.5 stars. I enjoyed this sequel, but it lacked something I can't quite put my finger on? Way less drama and hashtags (thankfully) than the first book, but maybe a lack of character depth? How do we hear nothing more about her parents? Anyway, super swoon worthy couple, and I will still read book three, Blitzed, because I'm just a sucker for a sports romcom.

Poppy is a single mother who is working at a club. The outfits she is required to wear is ridiculous but what is more ridiculous is the fact that her boyfriend who she parted with many years ago is also in the club tonight. Her luck though

The only thing now is TK Moore is a popular football player in Denver and his presence in the club definitely stirs it.

There is a secret that she is hiding from him

This book is one you shouldnt be spoiled for.

This was a quick and easy romance. It was very enjoyable as an audiobook and 1.5 speed was perfect for listening. Decided to listen to this after finishing book one on the series, but it can be enjoyed as a standalone.
