When an entire wedding party with the exception of the bride’s sister, Olive, and the groom’s brother, Ethan, gets food poisoning, there's an all-expenses-paid honeymoon up for grabs.

Putting their mutual hatred aside for the sake of a free vacation, these two sworn enmities head for paradise where they have to pretend to be a newly married happy couple.

Add in a brand new boss and an ex-girlfriend. What could go wrong?

I loved the banter between the two main characters and their quick one liners, but this story was lacking a bit of drama and steam.

Definitely a cute summer read, and made me want to book a trip to Hawaii ASAP.

Favorite Things:
- Ethan and Olive are impersonating their recently married siblings on a non-refundable honeymoon to Maui. Love a scheme.
- Olive’s unabashed love for her family, her sister, and her body!
- Olive and Ethan love to needle each other by calling each other incorrect names (Odessa and Ezra, for example!) and that just cracks me up!••

That was fantastic. Witty banter that doesn’t go too far, great setting (I need to go back to Maui!), beautiful family dynamics, and a believable love story make for the perfect weekend read. Highly recommend!

lol why did everyone lowkey try to gaslight her at the third act conflict? The only reason I didn't give it five stars.
