Perfect Prequel to the Spider-Man game. It was a perfect characterization to Peter Parker and this version of MJ, Fisk and other characters.

This was my first time reading a Spiderman novelization, and I thought it wasn't bad. The simplistic diction is definitely reminiscent of comic book portrayal, but overall the writing didn't wow me. I think that this book did exactly what it set out to do, and even if i wasn't particularly impressed on a literary level, I was still entertained, and I don't regret reading it.
