Oh my heart. I teared up so many times as I saw God and Jesus in the pages of the first story of the Chronicles of Narnia. So many parallels that were taken from Genesis and put into ‘The Magician’s Nephew.’ I’ve recently gone back to my faith, even doing my first read through of the Bible,  and I came across a clip that made me so teary eyed that I knew I had to give this series a genuine, honest read.

“But [in your world] I have another name. You must learn to know me by that name. This was the very reason why you were brought to Narnia, that by knowing me here for a little, you may know me better there“

Not only have I felt so thankful to get to know Jesus in another world but as Aslan says it perfectly, by learning to know him in Narnia, I may know him better in the world I live in.

Christ is King.
