Honestly exactly what I expected! I loved the atmosphere, Watson's perspective is nicely grounded and relateable, I love Holmes' character a lot and I loved the two stories of the captured guys at the end of both books. (Hope and Small) One thing is Watson's cute little love story in The Sign Of Four is a little quick moving but none the less good for him! Toby is such a good dog <3

For everyone who likes BBC Sherlock or any of the variations of TV show or movies, needs to pick up the original stories. They're a quick read, but chock-full of excitement and adventure and mystery. There's a reason these are classics.
