Two stars is generous. I have never liked Gerry Duggan's writing, but this choice to kill off the fan-voted, most racially diverse X-Team is a vindictive one.  If Marvel really wanted to shake up the status quo, Fall of X was a great opportunity to center the mutants of color who are so often ignored and sidelined. instead of killing a bunch of them off why not kill the mainline mutants who always manage to survive/lead the extinction events. Like Emma and Rogue. Emma was around for the last two at least and Rogue led her own team in Supernovas. If Marvel doesn't Actually Intend to kill off the team, then why not just kill all the white, usually mainlined X-Men and let the team start off strong? This is a mess, and a few interesting plot threads (firestar mainly) are the only reason I didnt rate this lower
