Glad I picked this up. The narrators were not my favorite but enjoyable despite that fact. I love the magic behind the ever and fury. Enemies to Lovers on point 👌🏼 even if it was a bit too easy. Really want to know more of a back story on the ever kingdom and its rulers.

This was definitely more romance-driven than plot-driven and it got cringy a lot between the main characters. I think I sighed every time they called each other "Songbird" and "Serpent" like ok we get it 😭 I will say, Pirate fae is a unique take and I do enjoy the world of the Ever Seas. I feel like the characters needed to be more fleshed out cuz they were kinda basic imo, but I am curious to see where this story goes.
