As someone looking to hone their spontaneity as a person who does TTRPG's, I was recently recommended this book. I can enthusiastically recommend it to anyone else who similarly wants to work on those skills! The exercises are funny and well-presented, making it easy to use in the moment and to read over in advance. I adored the sections on accessibility for your group and using the exercises online, and how it broadened the book's potential applications. RED BALL!
