I really liked this addition to the wayward children series!! The white thorn institute was a really interesting place and I’m excited for it to come into play again. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is I sort of wish everything was just one beat slower. A lot of the wayward children books masterfully fit the space of a shorter novel while feeling really full. I felt like this book could’ve used another 30 pages to get to know the new girls? I dunno! Still loved it.

Another interesting installment in the Wayward Children series. I always wish they were a bit longer!

Another fabulous installment in the Wayward Children series! We get to follow Cora again (my favorite mermaid!) as she deals not just with being back in the world, but the aftereffects if what happened to her while rescuing others in a previous book. And things are not going well at Eleanor West's school, so she seeks out a different solution ... but it's not at all what she thought it would be. As it turns out, Cora's got some more heroing to do.

Loved this, and very excited to see where this leads two books from now.
