Honestamente esperaba más de esta historia. Me tomó bastante tiempo terminarla, pues no me cautivó desde el principio. Hubo partes que me gustaron y me mantuvieron atraída, pero no fue así durante toda la lectura. El libro es bueno pero siento que pudo tomar menos páginas.

Por dónde empezar a alabar este maravilloso relato. Me ha encantado de principio a fin. Una prosa hermosa, unos personajes que enamoran, me sentí linarense durante el tiempo de lectura. Amé a Simonopio, lloré por Francisco y me sentí identificada con Beatriz. Qué destreza tiene la autora para escribir diálogos que no son diálogos. Me quito el sombrero.
