Do you want a rich chemistry between two characters in prison with fun storytelling and dark existentialism? And it’s lgbtq+ as well! Oh what a dramatic and fabulous book.

This book is honestly amazing. The way it’s written is so unique and beautiful on itself, and the story itself is so tragic yet incredible. The Broadway musical is one of my favorite things ever, and the book is above it, so I guess it talks about how much I loved this.
Puig is the main character, the biggest Chad in existence of literature, and I’m a simp for him and his works of literature from now on I guess.

unglaublich spannend geschrieben, vor allem durch die ausschließe dialogform. man merkt dem buch sein alter durch gewisse (fragliche) wortwahlen an, aber dennoch fand ich die beziehungen zwischen den beiden charakteren so spannend und berührend
