The writing in this book was pretty poor although I did like the story. A lot of the speech is just pure exposition with unnatural phrasing, mainly about conservation. A lot of the speech reads like it was written for a GCSE drama piece. It’s an easy quick read with a nice storyline but the dialog made me cringe more than once. I expect slightly more from the third book in a series which I would usually forgive if this was book 1.

I received an ARC of this book through NetGalley in exchange for my unbiased opinion.

Edie loves making wedding dresses, even if her boss doesn't treat her well. At least she is able to schedule her work hours around taking care of her son. When society bride Tia begs Edie to make her dream wedding dress, Edie reluctantly agrees despite the risk of losing her job if her boss finds out. James, best man for Tia's wedding, is roped into helping Edie pull off Tia's secret dress and finds himself and finds himself falling for Edie. Edie has sworn off men, but she can't resist the attraction she feels toward James. However, she knows that she could never belong in his upper-crust world.

This was a cute love story with a happy ending that wraps everything up with a nice little bow. In the end, though, I don't think that there was anything in the story that will make it stand out from the hundreds of similar books in this genre. I did like that they humanized Moira at the end of the book so that she wasn't just a one-dimension villain. If you have read the first two books in the series, you will get to hear a little about how the main characters from those books are getting on. If you haven't read them, it is no problem to jump in with this third book in the Tanglewood series.

I love it when I read a romance book and also learn interesting stuff. In this case, about wildlife and environment. Bats are awesome, beavers are awesome, and wildflowers are awesome.
This was such a cute read! The start's a little slow, and it took some effort to connect with the characters... Basically, until the bunny appears.
"The Tanglewood Wedding Shop", as the title suggests, is about Edie, a single mother and a seamstress and designer of dresses who works in the only Wedding Shop in the town of Tanglewood, and has an awful boss, the owner of the shop and a real bitch.
She goes behind the back of her boss to make the dress for a bride with a controlling mother in law, and falls for the best man, James, a cinnamon roll that works in protecting wildlife and convincing others to do the same.
Their relationship develops slowly and so, so sweetly, it makes me sigh to remember it.
A book about love, trust, and dreams.

I enjoyed this story as much as I enjoyed the other books in this series. The plot is well crafted and flows, the cast of characters is fleshed and interesting, the setting lovely.
It was a fun and entertaining read, recommended.
Many thanks to Canelo and Netgalley for this ARC, all opinions are mine.
