3.5 stars This one wasn't as good as the first two for me, but I think it's me not the book. It just wasn't at all what I expected based on the ending of the previous book.

Did I miss something? What happened to Gerome Lively after he made bail? Did he finally get his comeuppance? Where was Taylor hiding? Why exactly did she go into hiding? How/why did she come out of hiding? What was Mason's role in her decision to go into hiding? What exactly was Amelia's role in all of the bad stuff?

When I read the words "THE END", my jaw just dropped open. I couldn't believe there wasn't more closure to some of the things that was going on. As the last book in a series, I expected there to be closure and I definitely don't feel satisfied in that respect. Honestly, were these things wrapped up but the closure only briefly alluded to and I missed it? If the author has intentions of closing these issues in other book(s), then I think we shouldn't have been led to believe that this was the end to this series because it's not the end if it's continuing in books about a different Horus co-owner.

I have waited FOREVER to read this series, the description of the first book had me hooked.
After reading so many unfinished series waiting for the next book, I have learned to wait for series to be finished and I'm so glad I waited.
Hailey and Cole were so unexpected. To be honest, I thought Hailey and Cole were childhood friends and he just teased her all the time. I had no idea this was about a huge scandal and Hailey's father and sister were scum. Honestly, I couldn't handle Taylor or her father.....
description
They did absolutely nothing for the story line and were just bothersome.
Now in the first book, when Hailey and Cole kiss for the first time...

I received a free copy of this book from netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

Hot! This book was a good end to the Hailey and Cole story. I liked it a lot.

I wish there would have been a little more background information on the whole family issue earlier on. It had me kind of confused as to what the family was trying to cover up earlier on. But I liked the way the book came together at the end.

Oh HEA... How I love u...
Great ending to a great series, but I'm curious about Jason and Ellie. I'm ready for their story right now!! Lol
I'm a bit sad the story has ended. I had a great time with it.
This part wasn't as action packed as the first two (non-sex wise cuz there's a TON of hotness in this one), but it was chock full of romance and sweetness. AND I LOVED EVERY MINUTE!

Fuck you, pigeon, I'm rarely likeable. It's my nature, deal with it.

I should have known that something was really wrong when Cole berated an actual pigeon for flying away from him.

Hate Fuck Part Three continues Part Two left.
SpoilerIf you haven't read it, it was when Cole and Hailey were in Miami then Hailey got kidnapped by that guy the Horus Group was pursuing.

I had high expectations with this book. I won't deny that. I guess it's one of the reasons why the book disappointed me so much.

Don't get me wrong. I liked Cole and Hailey in the first two parts. (Although with the title, I expected some angry hate fucking à la Bennett and Chloe from Beautiful Bastard. Still, I grew fond of them.) I liked the concept of the Horus Group. But there was just a very big problem here that I could no longer ignore: the lack of background information.

What the Horus Group does was still vague for me. They kept on saying what it was that they do but I didn't see so much action from them. They said that they were hired by this organization that were involved in geopolitical problems but I really have no idea what it was. I still had no idea why Hailey's family was such a big deal. I kept on letting it slip in the first parts, hoping that it would be explained in time. I waited for it to come but it didn't. (Wait, that sounded wrong.)

I also felt like I read different characters here in Part 3. I know people are going to give me shit for this, but yes, I fell out of like with Cole. Which is sad because I really liked him and was squealing in the second part of Hate Fuck when he said the L-word to Hailey.

It also got random…I'm pretty sure you'll get it when you read the book. What I've learned from suspense-themed books is that there will always be breadcrumbs behind to give you hints as to some plot-twists. There was a major plot-twist here in part three that didn't have anything to do with the story at all. I didn't see the breadcrumbs, it just popped out all of the sudden.

I'm looking forward to the next story though. But if it's going to have the same problems as this book, then we'll see what happens next.

Thanks to Netgalley for an ARC to read and review.

Loved it! Great finale! What's the flip side of hate but love.... Ainsley gets kidnapped in part two and this part ends the series. I enjoyed this couple going from intense hate and attraction to pretty much having sex anywhere they could. Intense chemistry like that is always fun to read, and the plot takes second place in my head. I can see that the author is building a series and I hope Jason is next. This book gets five stars of entertainment because I couldn't put it down!

4.5 stars!

After the cliffhanger in Part Two, I was really nervous as to how this would work out. I really enjoyed the suspense at the beginning of Part Three. Hailey and Cole are HOT together but also very sweet. I really enjoyed this series and look forward to seeing what this author writes next.
