The story itself was interesting. Definitely did not expect who the murderer was (I kept guessing wrong)

The smut was good.

My biggest gripe was that it was about high schoolers. Definitely could have still worked as a dark college romance.

I was not a fan of that whole step father part or the last epilogue about killing the warden.

I loved this book!!

Keira is the daughter of the most notorious serial killer in the country and has to live with that legacy. When all of a sudden a copycat killer begins to replicate her fathers kills leading up to his execution.

The killer reveal shocked me I did not expect that I thought it was someone else

This book was so good. You try and piece it all together as you go but you still get surprised.

That was interesting…

I liked it, but also kinda hated it.
I loved the mystery aspect of it. I could t for the life of me figure out who the killer was and was definitely shocked when I found out.
Some of the spicy scenes got me hot and bothered, HOWEVER, I just couldn’t get past the fact that they were in high school! Like the way they acted made them seem older, but the constant reminder that these were high schoolers(and minors) gave me the ick the entire time I read it. I felt guilty for enjoying the spicy scenes.

Idk overall story I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Listen, I like dark romance, I didnt mind the boyfriend she didn't care about and I could deal with her dad being a serial killer and I could.handle the characters being in their late teens. All that and the thing with her stepdad? I'm sorry, im out on that one.
