This book was a great continuation of Lily Calloway and Loren Hale’s journey, blending heartfelt growth with plenty of drama and I was so engaged in their story.

One of the book’s strongest aspects is its deeper exploration of Lily and Loren’s relationship. Their bond feels more authentic and mature as they confront their addictions head-on and begin to navigate healthier patterns. Loren’s sobriety and his dedication to supporting Lily are so touching, showcasing significant character growth. The addition of more interactions with the Calloway family and the introduction of conflicts beyond their addictions adds a richer dynamic to the story and I wanted more of the sisters too. And I guess I have to read the next books for that

Good grief. I remember starting this one and loving the vibe, and then it quickly took a turn into sadness. Chapters

were brutal, and it felt like I was there with the characters, experiencing their pain with them. Once again Lilo showed how much they truly cared about each other and the way everyone rallied together was beautifully heartwarming. I did NOT see the plot twist coming at all, which just made this an even more enjoyable read. And by enjoyable, I mean incredibly stressful and painful, but I loved it.

I don't care what anyone says, I love Ryke Meadows so much <3

4 stars...

It wasn't as great as the first two but I was still invested enough to not want to put it down. It was strongest in the last 100 pages I would say. I can't wait to continue the series.

Just like the first 2 books, I’m rating after a re-read/re-listen. This is more like a 3.5, but leans more towards a 4 than a 3.

To be honest, I feel like I forget a lot that happened in this book. So I’m just going to try to think about what I would do if I was them. I’m not filthy rich, I’m not 22. But I can’t imagine taking my alcoholic brother/friend, and my sex addict sister/friend to drunken, naked, Spring Break fun. Seems absurd.

I don’t want to reveal too many spoilers, so I’ll just say that once again, I love how the friendships continue to develop! But these parents!! Not a single decent one in the whole group!!
