I read this for the first time when i was like …13. old enough to enjoy it and know what was happening, but too young to see both the humor and the heartbreak. it’s better now. it’s so so good.

I loved it. I had never heard of this book like so many others had, until I saw it on my boyfriends "give away" pile because of memories. I picked it up, and haven't really put it down.
I've always loved "conversation" books. The poem, playlist, and several of the quotes had me hooked. I finished it in a day. I even pulled the playlist up on youtube to listen to while I read.
Charlie is such a lovable character and, surprisingly, I've had thoughts like he writes in his letters and don't doubt that many others have.
