This trilogy was perfectly balanced between fantasy, romance, action, politics, and fun. I truly loved every second of it. I did not successfully predict how things were going to go on multiple occasions which is always awesome when the author surprises you. And it was one of the stories where once it comes full circle at the end, I just want to go back and start it all over knowing what I know now. Also, sometimes with the romantasy genre it’s hard to find books with unique plot and this was perfectly unique. The storyline/setting/plot was probably my favorite part of the series.
This one in particular was definitely the most action packed of the trilogy. It had a great ending to a great series. Highly recommend!!!

One of the best book series I’ve ever read. A total recommendation for anyone thinking of reading it. If you like books where the main character falls for the misunderstood villain, for example the Shatter Me series or the OUABH series then this book is for you. It was a success.
