2.75 stars rounded to 3. Read this if you hate yourself and want to be bored and depressed. If there is a trigger warning, this book has it. Character development was great, but so many chapters dragged on. I didn't cry like everyone else seems to, but it was VERY sad.

I was crying all through the last section of this marvellous book. I loved so many of the characters.

Can’t tell if I love or hate it. I was completely absorbed the entire time and could barely put it down. I just can’t stop thinking… why would anyone write this? Just 800 pages of suffering with any hope quickly being removed.
