A quick weekend read that shined a light on the role wolves play in the ecosystem. Something that’s never crossed my mind. The first third was a little slow, but the remaining chapters were hard to put down.

It’s a cool parallel to how we go back to basic needs of survival when we’ve been hurt enough and do not give others a second chance.

There was far too much going on with all these smaller subplots but they were equally intriguing. In the end you realize how much the fear of being hurt again just hurts others more.
