Very suspenseful, but violent & graphic. Had to take breaks, but story writing was good and couldn't wait to find out how it ended. Not for the faint of heart!
Wow. This was probably one of the darkest thrillers i’ve ever read but it was so good. I was hooked all the way throughout. It was truly an amazing book. This was the first Karin Slaughter book i’ve read and i will definitely be reading more of her work. There were so many times that i audibly gasped while reading this, the twists were crazy. Such an emotional amazing read.

Many twists and turns, some predictable at times, others I was not expecting. A little bit of a slow start, but jam packed the rest of the way. Once I was past the slow intro I couldn’t put it down. A great read

Pretty good! The ending had me hooked for sure but for some reason I can’t give it more than a four.
I found it a little repetitive at points which was okay for some of the elements except the gruesome scenes that kept being repeated I was little disturbed. I love thriller/suspense but some of the brutality in this novel was too much for me. I still finished it and enjoyed the twists and turns, it surprised me more than once.
