There were some stories that gripped me and others that I kept getting lost in. Maybe it was hard for me to appreciate these stories because I know so little about Roman mythology. Either way, I don’t think this was for me. Definitely outside of my comfort zone reading wise.

This review is specifically for the audiobook.

The translation was very good and three of the four narrators did a great job. I found introductory/informative narrator difficult to understand, it almost sounded like they were mumbling at times, so I didn't enjoy the book as much as I expected to.
