Really lovely book. Perfect timing with the first anniversary of my Dad’s passing coming up. This time last year I’d just been informed that he was passing and I was in the throes of ever present grief. I’m so grateful for a book that could share these moments with me; it felt good to feel it alongside a good novel. Not really a review so much as a moment of gratitude.
