Why is this book over 700 pages?! The character development doesn't make sense the further the book progresses. The main character is so hypocritical it isn't even funny. Was the spice worth reading? Just stick with the prequel novella now that is worth the read and wish it continued from that.

I just didn't realize it was a poly book when I started and that's not really my vibe. I finished it and enjoyed it. Someone who reads poly would love it
