Forgive my bad memory of this but i think the first story was the first edition thieves so three guys go around stealing valuable first edition of books.
Second story two guys act like they are batman and robin and they almost bring shame to the name.
Third story batman becomes a mail man and catches thieves anyway on the job because why not.
so as you see this issue there is no super villains and i am only here for the super villains so don't do this to me again.
