3 stars. This one was particularly annoying because it focused way too much on Mia wanting to go to Michael’s prom and it drove me insane. Mia is a pain in the ass but she is funny. I laughed quite a bit while reading this one. However, the Asperger talk in this was so distasteful and I really hated that. It’s little things like that really ages this series in a bad way but overall they are really quick and entertaining reads even though I don’t like any of the characters.

Okay this book was kind of flat. Nothing really happens and now that Mia is with Michael there seems to be a stagnation in the plot...

I found this one very whiny. All Mia did was complain about I want Prom my life is over I need it even though she literally has everything a fantastic boyfriend who may not have cared about the prom but still wanted to spend it with her. She also made the Asperger's comment which to that she thought everyone including herself had it.
Then there was Lilly who I'm just over for many reasons.
So I will continue with the series just because I'm already this far and this is the only one I have really disliked but I hope they start to grow up more with Mia.
I understand they are tween books and I can't ask for a lot and thats why even though the petty nonsense they cared about in the last one I overlooked but this one was just too much.
