This had an interesting premise, but it was a mediocre story to begin with with little mystery. If the story was told in regular time, it wouldn’t be that great of a book.

The descending chapters was very interesting. However, the story wasn't super thrilling.

This was interesting and I was intrigued enough to finish but it left me wanting a bit more. I feel like we never really got to understand Jule’s motivations for any of the things she did and while there were a bunch of little details that we picked up along the way to find out who she was I still found myself wondering if anything that mentioned her past was true or not. I also wish this was wrapped up with a more conclusive ending it was left so open and felt like there should be more to the story. All in all it was a decent read this is the kind of book you could read multiple times and pick up new details each time.

This book was just not for me at all. It was only 260 pages but it felt like an eternity, and personally i can never dnf books so i forced myself to finish it.

Genuine Fraud is by the author of We Were Liars, and honestly it was worse than it. The writing style was a bit more bare able than we were liars but the story was just so boring to me.

It was a mystery told backwards which was interesting but, it just didn’t have enough things happening to be good.

It felt like it dragged on for so long, with very little plot twists. I predicted pretty much everything that happened and over all i was disappointed.
