CW: Violence, Gore, Dismemberment, Child Abuse, Death of a Parent

This series continues to be great! We learn more about these characters, especially Reiji. I love learning about his past. There is also more Mononoke revealed in this volume. Looking forward to seeing how this series ends, I'm sad it was short lived. Being a monthly Shonen series may have been a hinderance on it's sales, sadly. It's still a great read and worth your time!

Black Torch brings nothing new to the genre, but keeps a consistent quality that makes it a really entertaining read.
The art is one of the best I've seen in shonen in the recent years, the interactions between our main characters are fun, and the vilains are quite stylish.

I love the new vilain who appears in book 3, Amagi. Don't know why but he kinda reminded me of Hisoka from HxH.

Will read book 4 and 5 as soon as I can.

This series is taking a darker turn as it goes on, but this volume continues to deliver all the banter, action, and entertainment that I've come to love about it.

Wow. This was so good! Such a gem! The action in this one!!!!

What things were revealed about reinji’s past- that was a soul crushing story! I loved it- it just elevated reinji as a character so much! Wow this arc-!
Suddenly reinji has become my favourite character in volume 3! (Almost the same level of favourite as rago and jiro!)

This is so sad that the manga got cancelled at just 5 volumes. This is just too good and that makes it even more regretful that people simply didnt support the mangaka enough that he could be motivated to continue this work. I definitely an a fan of his from now and i will probably read all his other works!
