I read this as therapy homework, and it was really helpful and insightful for me, since I'm working on being less of a people-pleaser and learning how to communicate more clearly. I feel like it was still a bit surface level, though.

Enjoyed this and thought it was interesting! Did discover that Andy and I are both secure attachment styles but with hints of the others so learned some interesting things. Nothing life changing though hence the three stars.

Wasn't a very compelling read for me. Felt like pseudoscience. Wouldn't recommend it.
