oops i went into this not realizing this is single dad + age gap, not for me.

but i liked the deaf representation and the fmc knowing sign language, seems like it could be cute if you like the tropes.

I was expecting a book about comedians to be a little more…idk..maybe funny? First half of the book was good, but they lost me there in the final stretch

This was a solid book, the story was unique and so sweet. I loved the personalities and how Meyer looked out for Farley and made sure she didn’t fall into the dark parts of the comedy industry. The only thing I would have liked to see is more angst, there wasn’t much and the end was just a misunderstanding with a quick apology.
