A familiar story (besides 40s and divorced). It depresses me that this just felt like a true story. Wasn’t a fan of the 3rd person writing. 3 stars cause it just made me sad.

This was a quick story that I was able to obtain from prime reading. What I really liked about it is that it did not feel rushed like many short stories on Amazon seem to do. I don’t know how else to describe it but I didn’t feel like I was reading something that was written to be a short story, that lacked the details and writing style that one would find in a full length book. The progression of the plot felt natural. 

Anyway, I enjoyed this story [about friendship] a lot and I especially liked the end BECAUSE I DIDNT SEE IT COMING, so wooohoo. 🥳
